Terms of Service

Effective July 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of the ManiFest Chrome extension and the ManiFest API (together, "ManiFest"), operated by Sage Molotov ("we"/"us").

The service

ManiFest helps you discover, track, and enter festival contests, competitions, and related performance opportunities. Your pipeline data is stored in your own Google account (see the Privacy Policy). ManiFest is currently in beta: features may change, break, or be discontinued.

Built with AI

ManiFest is designed and directed by Sage Molotov and built with substantial AI assistance, including AI-written code and AI-powered features (screenshot data extraction and form-field matching). AI systems can make mistakes — which is one reason the assistant never submits an application for you and you review everything before it's sent.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of every application you submit — the autofill assistant pre-fills forms, but you review and click Submit yourself, and you are responsible for what is submitted. You agree not to abuse the service (including attempting to circumvent rate limits, using the API for purposes other than ManiFest's features, or violating the terms of the festivals and platforms you apply to).

Intellectual property

ManiFest, its name, logo, and software are our property (patent pending). Your data — your profile, your captures, your applications — is yours.

Disclaimers

ManiFest is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that captures extract perfectly, that forms fill correctly, that festivals respond, or that the service is uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ManiFest; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently: zero, during the free beta).

Termination

You can stop using ManiFest at any time — uninstall the extension and revoke its Google access; your Sheet and Drive files remain yours. We may suspend installs that abuse the service.

Disputes and arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or relating to ManiFest or these terms that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action; disputes may be brought only on an individual basis. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing info@manifestdj.app within 30 days of first using ManiFest, with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out."

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: info@manifestdj.app.
